Sam Larner

Sam is a rugby journalist with over ten years of experience. He has written for Rugby World magazine, Rugby Pass online, The Roar, and the Rugby World Cup website. He also works with professional clubs and players to provide them with bespoke analysis. More recently he has moved into presenting by fronting World Rugby's Beyond 80 online analysis show. Sam is in the process of writing his debut book about how data and analysis have led to a rugby revolution and changed the way the game is played.

Sam studied linguistics at Queen Mary University of London. He lives in the North of England and is a passionate cyclist and rugby coach.
