I’m Nadia Finer and I’m on a softly-spoken mission to help shy people be more mighty, so they can speak up, and live a bigger life, without having to change who they really are.
I’m a shy kid who became a shy + mighty adult. I’m not one of those loud, confident people here to lecture you about how you need to step up and be more confident. Far from it.
I know what it’s like to struggle with shyness. My shyness started because of my little voice. You see, all my life I’ve had a little voice. Really little. Sounding like a really little kid has made me very self-conscious and shy.
Sometimes it feels like my shyness is keeping me small and getting in the way of me living my life.
But then I realised something. It’s part of me. It’s part of who I am. So, I’ve decided to embrace my shyness and see it as a super-power, rather than a weakness or a problem. We shy people don’t need fixing. We don’t need to change who we are. There is a place for quiet, confident success.
