SMART WORK will analyse the current paradigm shift in our working world to a hybrid model. Jo has deep roots and knowledge of this style of working as covered in his previous books: Global Teams and Resilience. Jo will draw on his ubiquitous and ongoing research on this area of study, as well as lean on his own personal expertise and experience.

As mentioned, Jo has been a founder and partner in a dozen businesses - some of which became hundred million dollar companies. This should help separate Jo -- in regards to book and author promotion -- as a uniquely qualified expert in this field.

SMART WORK will cover crucial topics, such as, but not limited to:

  1. How to manage remote work and hybrid teams.

  2. How to build trust and influence within remote working.

  3. How to establish accountability and autonomy.

  4. How to build motivation.

  5. How to define the purpose and processes of the hybrid workforce.
