ANASTASIIA VOITENKO

Anastasiia (Asya) is a graphic novelist and illustrator from Kharkiv, Ukraine, currently based on the North on United Kingdom. Being born and raised in the post-soviet industrial city, she deeply values her culture and experiences, as well as her Eastern European identity and perspective on things. Asya is a fan of horror (her childhood urban legends especially fascinate her) and inventive imagery. She is focused on exploring more grim and personal emotional experiences and creating surreal but slightly whimsical illustration.
